Refund and Return Policy

Purchases are not refundable. However, in the very rare case that you receive a hat with a quality defect, of course we will exchange it at no charge within 15 days of your receipt. 

Simply contact us for a return authorization number. We will need you to explain the defect, provide your order number and to write the provided RMA # on the box so we can identify your return.

We will ship you a new hat within 72 hours of receiving the damaged hat.


NOTES:

1. Donations are not refundable. Once you make your payment, the donation is sent to the nonprofit you chose to support.

2. Hats damaged in transit are the responsibility of the carrier. Damaged or soiled hats after your receipt do are not quality defects and will not be replaced.
